How to get to the conference

In Trois-rivières, a shuttle service will be provided from the hotels to the conference site in the morning, and back to the hotels as afternoon sessions end. For those who rent a car, this map shows directions from the conference hotels to the conference site.

How to get to Trois-Rivières

There is no international airport in Trois-Rivières. For international travelers, the best way to get to Trois-Rivières is through the international Montréal-Trudeau airport. Alternatively, you can also land at the Québec City Jean Lesage international Airport.

From Montréal

If you plan to land in Montréal, you can rent a car from the Montréal Airport Car Rental. This map suggests a way to get to Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. You may want to rent a car equipped with a GPS system.

You can use the airport shuttle to go to the Montréal bus station, and take the bus to Trois-Rivières from there. During the day a shuttle is always available within 15 minutes. You can find the complete schedule here. It will cost you $CAN 8 for a ticket.

There is also a bus shuttle service between the Montréal-Trudeau airport and the city of Trois-Rivières, but the trip last longer. The Trois-Rivières bus station is right downtown, a few blocks away from the Gouverneur Hotel.

There is also a bus shuttle service between Québec City and Trois-Rivières. Departures and arrivals can be found on the Orléans Express web site. However, there is no direct bus shuttle from the Québec airport. One must take a taxi or public transportation to the Québec bus station.
